Breaking down barriers,
unlocking potential

COIN Consultancy on Inclusion

COIN stands for Consulting & Inclusion. We believe that consulting and inclusion go hand in hand. Our aim is to provide organisations with strategic and comprehensive advice on the inclusion of people with disabilities. To achieve this, we focus on the expertise of people with and without disabilities from the fields of business, politics, science, education and social entrises.

A key component of this is the development of an apprenticeship programme for people with disabilities to become consultants. We are convinced that their personal profiles and professional potential offer great added value to companies and optimise the inclusion process.

About the Apprenticeship Concept
Three women are standing in front of a glass wall covered with Post-it notes. One leans forward and writes on a note, the second holds more Post-it notes in her hand, and the third observes the scene.

Our Mission

We develop companies and their workplaces with a focus on inclusion and accompany them on their journey towards change. We transform mindsets, work processes and structures. We train people with disabilities to become consultants who initiate and support change in organisations. This results in better, more accessible products and services that create social and economic added value.

Our Objectives

We create an attractive labour market for people with disabilities.

We break down barriers in companies and organisations.

We educate people from sheltered workshops to become consultants.

We change the corporate culture and break down outdated ways of thinking.
